Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of everything we produce.

Most items we produce are custom-made for your team and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom Team Orders (Including Logo’d Fanwear)

  • All custom items — including decorated apparel with team logos — are made-to-order and are final sale
  • Sizes, names, and numbers cannot be changed after an order is placed
  • Designs, colors, and materials are approved by your organization

If there’s a problem: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or error, we will make it right.


Non-Custom Items (Shoes, Equipment & Undecorated Apparel)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending items back
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
