During the season, the sport you play probably takes over your life. You practice. You play games. You train. You change your personal schedule. Your sleep schedule changes. Pretty much your life revolves around the game, your team, your coach and maybe even your competitors.
During this time you are incredibly disciplined. But what about when the season ends? Do you just drop everything, eat whatever you want, do whatever you want, stop working out and completely forget about the sport? Hopefully not, but it’s easy to do all those things.
