Where can I buy Decker Sports products?
Decker Sports products are sold exclusively online and through state program directors. This way, we can ensure that our customers always get the perfect product at the best price. Is it secure to purchase Decker Sports products online?
I see an option for “login.” Do I need to create an online account with Decker Sports?
There is no need to create a customer account, but you’ll want to! Creating a customer account makes it easy for you to do future shopping, look up past orders and track orders. Whether you choose to do so or not, we assure you that your information will be secure and not shared with anyone.
What is the Decker Sports shipping policy?
Orders of $100 or more ship free to the 48 contiguous United States via our standard shipping service. Shipping for orders less than $100 is a flat rate of $10.00 to the 48 contiguous United States via our standard shipping service. Our standard shipping service is Federal Express Ground Home service with delivery Tuesday through Saturday. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other destinations will be by best available basic service - see our rates and services at checkout. Expedited service like two-day or overnight shipping is available – see rates and services at checkout. Every in-stock order placed before 3pm CST will ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day. Customers typically receive their order within three to six business days. When you place your order online, you’ll receive three email confirmations: 1) Confirmation that we have your order. 2) Confirmation that your order has shipped, which includes a package tracking number for your shipment. 3) Confirmation that your order has been delivered.
What is the Decker Sports customer guarantee?
We stand behind every training product we sell and the quality of every item we sell. If you are not fully satisfied, just return the product within 60 days for a full refund, replacement or credit.
What is the Decker Sports return & exchange policy?
If a product fails, we’ll replace it. If we send you the wrong item, you can ship it back free of charge and we’ll promptly get the correct product to you. If you simply change your mind about an order, you are welcome to return it, but return shipping and handling fees will apply. If you are uncertain about how to use a product, we’ll provide the education to help you make the most of it.
What if a ball feels flat or doesn’t feel like the right size?
If a ball feels flat or you worry that it isn’t the right size, chances are that it’s supposed to be that way. Our skill development programs use scientifically tested training equipment that feels different than the traditional practice equipment you may be used to. Still, don’t hesitate to contact us for more information about our methods and the use of your product. If there is something wrong with a product, we will replace it immediately!
